Life Coaching Resources
Are You Currently In An Abusive Relationship?
You are valuable and deserve to be treated with respect. You have every right to feel secure—both in your mind and in your body—especially in your own home. When someone mistreats you, that is not something you caused, and you don’t have to accept it.
If you’re staying because you think it might help him, please know that it likely won’t. Sometimes, leaving can be the only thing that makes him recognize that his actions are harmful—not just by human standards but in the eyes of God.
You’re responsible for your life. With God’s support, you have the strength to make changes that you need. You aren’t alone; God is always with you.
If no one knows what you’re going through, no one can step in. Don’t keep it hidden—speak to someone and ask for help. Many people are prepared to stand by you, and if the first person doesn’t, keep reaching out. God’s power is limitless; there’s no struggle He cannot help you through. He’s promised to stay by your side. Trust in that!
