A little about me..

I am a Domestic Abuse Advocate and a Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and have a deep love for reading books on Psychology. I hold multiple certifications in the field of domestic abuse, including trauma-informed parenting, fundamentals of trauma healing, domestic violence victim advocacy, domestic violence abuser typologies and personality disorders, and the impacts of domestic violence and coercive control on children, among others.

With 1 in 3 women experiencing domestic abuse, this is an issue we all need to be concerned with. Many people you know, and perhaps even you, may be experiencing it without even realizing it.

I am continually learning and growing, and I am passionate about passing on my knowledge to you. I also enjoy scrapbooking and crocheting, but with 7 kids & 6 grandkids I only find time to read.

I didn’t go to college until I was 52 years old, and this experience has shown me the transformative power of lifelong learning and personal growth. I believe in coaching so very much because it has not only helped me, but I have seen how it has helped others.

Coaching isn’t about someone telling you what to do; it’s about you discovering your own solutions. These are the solutions that will become automatic and permanent. The last thing you need is one more person telling you what to do and how to think. Give it a try!

A little about coaching..

Coaching is a partnership designed to help you reach your full potential. It’s about empowering you to find your own solutions and make lasting changes. Unlike therapy or consulting, coaching focuses on your present and future, guiding you to achieve your personal and professional goals through self-discovery and action.

Key Principles of Coaching:

1. Empowerment:  You are the expert in your own life.

2. Collaboration:   Coaching is a supportive partnership.

3. Growth:  Focus on achieving your goals and personal development.

4. Self-Discovery:  Unlock your potential by finding your own answers.
